Park with hiking trail is a short drive away. Hospitals, shopping and entertainment are minutes drive away. We can communicate as much or as little as you wish. Utilities are subject to utilities surcharge (see fees), all hooked up and include electricity, gas, trash, water, internet, yard maintenance. Deposit is 1.5x higher if your credit is lower than 650.
