Feel at home in this luxurious 4-bedroom cabin located in the highly desired, gated resort neighborhood of Torreon in Show Low. This spacious retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
This cabin boasts 3 king-size beds and 4 twin beds, spread across 2 master suites and a bunk room. The bunk room is equipped with 4 comfortable beds, YouTubeTV, a Blue-Ray/DVD player, a Wii, and a Nintendo Classic. Enjoy comfortable sleeping with Serta iSeries Hybrid 100 Mattresses in both downstairs suites and a Serta ISeries 500 Mattress in the upstairs guest room. The fully equipped kitchen features a Viking cook-top and griddle, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a regular drip coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a wine/beverage fridge at the wet bar, and an additional countertop ice maker. For entertainment, there's an 8' pool table, a 14' shuffleboard table, a ping-pong table, and a steel tip dart board in the garage, along with a game table in the loft. Relax by the natural gas fireplace in the living room or the propane fire table outside. The cabin also includes dual washers/dryers and a whole house water conditioner and filtration system with a hot water recirculating pump.
A newly added EV/Tesla plug-in is available in the garage for electric vehicles. For outdoor dining, there's seating for 10 people inside and 10 people outside. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities with provided golf clubs, soccer ball, basketball, football, volleyball, frisbee, tennis racquets, pickleball rackets and balls, a corn-hole set, a bocce ball set, sleds, a skateboard, and two small razor scooters. Fishing poles and gear are available for use at the neighborhood stocked pond or local lakes. Two adult mountain bikes and five kids' bikes are also provided. For younger guests, a kids' swing and climbing rope, and a kids' slack-line ninja course are available. A hammock is provided for relaxation. Regulation size horse shoe pits and a "Tiki-Toss" game are on the back patio. A backpack cooler with ice packs is available for pool/picnic use. For families with young children, a pack n' play with bedding, a high chair, a spill mat, and two baby gates are available. Two yoga mats are also provided.
Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac directly on the golf course, this location offers a safe environment for children with no traffic. The community provides a restaurant/bar (seasonal hours), a large park, kids' par 3 golf with two holes, and a stocked fishing pond. While golf is not available at Torreon courses without membership, a great course is located just across the street. The cabin is also conveniently located near local lakes and is 50 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park.
For bookings of 30+ nights only, guests have access to the pool, spa, gym, pickleball/tennis/basketball courts. If staying less than 30 nights, guests will not have access to these amenities. Bookings of two weeks or more will require additional guest cleanings at the guest's cost. Absolutely no pets are allowed. Occupancy is strictly limited to no more than 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted. Any violation of these policies will result in damages due and/or immediate eviction. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in every room, with fire spray and extinguishers at the range and outdoor BBQ. The main door has an electric lock.
For those needing to work, a wireless Canon monochrome laser printer/scanner is available. Alarm clocks with USB plugs are in every room. Fast Wi-Fi is included.
