The rent also includes the use of an oversized garage space with ample storage. The loft has its own entrance and comprises the entire upstairs of a large Spanish style estate. The loft has beautiful views of Lexington reservoir and Camel Hill vineyards. It's safe, peaceful, and quiet place to live and enjoy the Los Gatos area. The property is gated, fully fenced and secure. It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Los Gatos and is minutes from Hwy 17 affording a reasonable commute to anywhere in Silicon Valley. It's also only 20 min to the beach and just minutes away from many hiking and biking trails. When you contact us we will provide you the exact address. Rent is $3800 a month. An additional $300/month covers 100% of all other expenses including: furniture, electrical, gas, water, hi speed internet, garbage and recycling, streaming TV with HBO, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Apple etc. There literally is nothing else to pay. There is a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee due at lease signing. A minimum 6-month lease is required. No Pets. Housekeeping service is also available at an additional cost.
