Monthly Rent $1200.00 Security Deposit $0.00 (To help make move in costs one less thing to worry about). Application fee $80.00 (each adult). 2nd month free rent. Owner pays water/sewer & trash. Renter responsible for Electricity (Duke) which must be turned on throughout the entire residency. Non-smoking unit. NO PETS within this unit, this includes visiting guests. Every adult within the unit must complete an application and be approved prior to residing in the unit. Initial lease is 15-months (prior to the end of the lease any renewal offer will be sent for review). Air filter for A/C is new upon move in, renter must maintain and change monthly or more frequently (as needed) throughout residency. All light fixtures will have working lights upon move in, after move in, renter must maintain all light fixture within unit. Batteries in smoke detector and front door lock will be in working order upon move in, becomes the renters responsibility to maintain throughout residency. Parking in south parking lot is for residents, any guests park in the parking spaces along the northern or eastern side of the building.
