Lease terms

If you'd like to move forward, you can submit an application directly through ICM Properties. This apartment is being offered as a relet, which means ICM will terminate our current lease and create an entirely new lease with the new tenant(s). From your perspective, the process is very similar to applying for any new apartment. To apply: 1. Zillow does not allow URLs, but search 'ICM Sublet / Parking Application' and use that first link. We can send this to you via email, too. 2. Complete the online application. 3. For "Lease Type," select "Relet." 4. Submit the application and pay the initial $75 administrative fee online. Rental Details: - Monthly Rent: $2,350 - Bundled Services Fee: $40/month (water, sewer, and trash) - Optional storage space for $40/month - Available for move-in: July 1, 2026 If approved by ICM: - ICM will email the lease documents for signature. - The first month's rent, monthly bundled services fee, and administrative fees will be due at lease signing. - The total administrative fee is $395 per person. The $75 paid during the application process is credited toward that amount, leaving a remaining balance due at lease signing. - Once the lease is fully signed and all required payments have been made, ICM will finalize the relet process and terminate our lease.
