An additional $50/month flat rate utility fee that includes all utilities (including internet) is assessed in addition to the monthly rent. Security Deposit is $945 (12 month lease). Small dogs (pet) under 25lbs and cats (pet) are permitted with a non-refundable pet deposit ($395) and monthly pet fee ($50/month).
