Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals. Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental. Summer season begins in mid-May and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1-week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7-day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long-term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. The rates posted are for short-term winter rentals. Please contact us for long-term rental rates and midweek summer rental rates under 1 week for information.
