This unit has its own boiler, hot water heater, and central air unit and separate meters for gas and electric. Conveniently located near everything, including shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
First month's rent, one month security deposit and proof of renter's insurance due at lease signing. Electric and gas not included, water is included.
Required To Rent: references from prior landlord, credit report and score thru TransUnion Smart Move (you pay them their credit check fee directly, approx $50), proof of income, proof of savings, and completed rental application. Credit score should be at or above 700. Income should be at least 3x rent.
