Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $970.00 Security Deposit: $970.00 Total Due at Signing: $1,940.00 (representing the first month's rent and the security deposit). Both payments must be cleared in full prior to receiving keys or taking possession of the property. Utility Responsibility: The Tenant is solely responsible for the setup and timely payment of all utilities associated with the property. Waste Management: All trash and refuse must be securely bagged and placed inside the designated trash cans for scheduled curbside collection. Accumulation of trash outside of the bins is strictly prohibited. Pet Deposit: A one-time, refundable pet deposit of $250.00 is required upon signing. Pet Rent: An additional recurring fee of $20.00 per month, per pet, will be added to the base monthly rent. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guest Policy: The property is leased exclusively for the occupancy of the registered tenants. Extended guests (individuals staying longer than [e.g., 7 or 14 consecutive days]) are not permitted without prior written consent from the Landlord.
