John Deere riding mower, Stihl weed whip and Ariens snowblower will be left for tenant to use. Pets welcome after deposit. We would like folks who are willing to sign a year lease. Owners pay water and sewage, and tenant pays all other utilities. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
