Please note that early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule and may incur additional fees of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee applies to all refunds. The garage is not permitted for use due to liability. The primary guest must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, and extra cleaning fees may apply for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Please dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure and report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Do not rearrange furniture. Unauthorized parties and events are not allowed, with violations resulting in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property, and additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur a $100 per person charge, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
