Furnished Option (If Selected): If rented furnished: Furniture and contents remain property of landlord Tenant responsible for care and damage to all furnishings Inventory checklist and condition report required at move-in and move-out Additional rules apply for use of appliances, electronics, and outdoor amenities No Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Strict enforcement due to interior upgrades and odor-sensitive finishes. Early Termination / Breaking Lease: Lease break penalties apply per California law and lease agreement terms.
