Lease terms

Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and in good condition and to comply with all community rules and local laws. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property. No illegal activity, excessive noise, or disturbances are allowed. Pets are only permitted with prior written approval from the landlord. Tenant may not sublease or allow additional occupants without written consent. Rent must be paid on time, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear are the tenant's responsibility. Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property and must transfer utility accounts into their name by the lease start date.
