Terms at 4778 Little John Rd #1

The lease is for a minimum of one year. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to a one-year lease term. One set of key/card is grant to tenant for use of the Kiva/boat ramp on Lake Tulloch. The tenant is allowed guests at the property but can not exceed more than 10 days without written permission. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities for their unit. $150 is to be paid to landlord each month for water usage. This is a fixed rate for water use and will not increase during the term of the lease unless abused. Landscape/gardening is to be kept up by tenants for their designated areas. [Front of house, driveway and in front of their garage, and the dog run if used] Smoking - not allowed Parking: There will be two designated spots for parking for unit #1 garage and in front of the garage. There is one quest parking spot per unit in front of the house. The driveway needs to be clear for access to the back shop. No boats or trailers are allowed to be parked on the property. Storage: The tenant can use their designated garage for storage if it is not hazardous or flammable. Pets- pets are allowed but need to be approved by the owner. Larger dogs are tough since there is no fence yard.
