Terms at 4762 E Silver Ridge Rd

Lease term shall be 12 months. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and shall maintain active renter's insurance throughout the lease term. Owner shall pay HOA dues, including community pool access, and provide lawn mowing and edging services for the grass. Tenant is responsible for regularly watering and reasonably maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and trees to prevent neglect or damage. Tenant shall replace HVAC air filters as needed during the lease term. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property. One small pet may be allowed subject to owner approval and applicable pet deposit/fees. No street parking permitted.
