Lease from 3 months to 2 year terms available. Call to schedule a showing and start your application. Owner pays for bi weekly hot tub service. Owner will pay for weekly pool service. Owner pays for pest control as needed and maintains the Landscape watering system and timer to comply with LVVWD watering annual schedule rules. Trash and sewer are $50 per month. Home has an alarm system. Tenants will pay a monthly fee of $50 for alarm system. Credit check fee to apply is $30 per adult. We pay real estate commission of $1000 to any licensed realtor who represents client during showing for a one year or longer lease agreement. Tenant is responsible for internet, electric, gas and water utilities. We look for verifiable income of two month that support rental income 3x. We look for good credit above a 680 with no evictions on records. Valid drivers license and two month pay check stubs and bank account and proof of employment for anyone over the age of 18 applying to be an occupant. Pets are welcome with pet deposit. If you do not have good credit we still run the background check and will allow a lease with a two month security deposit and first months rent due up front for sub par credit. However if you have an eviction on record we will not consider your application.
