Themed bedrooms include an Inside Out Glow Room, an Avatar Adventure Room, a Harry Potter Bunk Room, and Moana's Island Escape. For entertainment, a private, Star Wars-themed home theater offers a large projector screen, 6 leather recliner chairs, and a space-inspired ceiling with glowing galaxy effects. Additional fun awaits in the arcade closet with a full-size Pac-Man arcade and other retro-style games. Enjoy a private, heated pool and spa with optional heating for $35/day, required for the full stay. A covered patio with loungers, a dining set, and a BBQ grill are available. For families, a pack 'n play crib, stroller, high chair, baby gates, and changing table are provided. Resort amenities include a water park with a lazy river, slides, and splash pad, a zero-entry resort pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, poolside dining, an arcade, mini-golf, kayak rentals, a fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, and food and snacks available at the resort. Vehicle registration at the main gate is required to receive a car pass, and all guest names, including children, can enjoy the amenities. Up to 2 dogs are accommodated for a $175 pet fee. Located in one of Orlando's most desirable vacation communities, this villa is just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Universal Orlando is 15 miles away, and SeaWorld Orlando is 11 miles away. Guests agree to refrain from making loud noises and excessive television and/or radio volume that may disturb others. Parties, events, and other gatherings are prohibited. Decibel sensors are in place to monitor noise levels. If noise complaints or breaches of noise thresholds occur after an initial warning, guests may be charged a fee and/or removed from the premises without refund. No consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted by individuals under the legal age of twenty-one (21). Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited for all individuals. Occupancy and activities on the premises must not disturb or inconvenience neighbors in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, hosting parties, driving at excessive speeds in the neighborhood, creating excessive noise, engaging in obnoxious behavior, and using firearms, BB/Pellet Guns, Paint Ball Guns, or fireworks. The Company reserves the right to terminate the reservation and require Guests to leave the premises immediately, forfeiting all reservation fees. No refunds will be provided. No events, including weddings, are permitted on the premises. The occupancy limits are determined by fire code regulations, fire safety guidelines, and local statutes or ordinances. Guests are obligated to adhere to these maximum occupancy limits. All guests must be listed on the reservation, including children aged one year and older, who are considered occupants. Rollaway beds, inflatable mattresses, and sleeping bags are not permitted. Should you exceed the maximum occupancy stated on your reservation, you will incur a fee and possible termination of reservation without refund. Visitors must be accompanied by the Guest at all times. The Guest is responsible and liable for the actions of all Visitors. Children of all ages are welcome. Guests are responsible for the actions of all minors who accompany them on the Premises. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the address.
