Lease terms

Rent is $2,600 per month with a security deposit of $2,600 (subject to application qualifications). A 12-month lease is preferred. All applicants 18 years and older must complete an application and background screening. Applicants should have a gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent, with rental history, credit, income, and background considered during the approval process. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, including electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and any other applicable utility services. Lawn maintenance is also the tenant's responsibility. Pets may be considered with owner approval and applicable pet fees. No smoking is permitted inside the home.
