Lease terms

Owner pays for water, garbage and HOA fees, Renter is responsible for gas and electric. This is a NO SMOKING property. We require a one-year lease which can be negotiated to a longer term and is renewable on the anniversary of the original lease for shorter terms as negotiated. Owner asks for a minimum 2 month notice if Renter is intending to vacate property at end of lease. If Owner agrees to allow 1-2 small dogs and/or cats, there will be a cleaning fee/deposit at time of signing lease of $250. Renter is responsible for reporting any maintenance concerns to owner as soon as they are noticed. Renter is responsible for replacing their own light bulbs but owner will take care of changing A/C filters on a bi-monthly schedule. This is a beautiful, completely remodled home and Owners are committed to addressing any maintenance issues if/when they come up.
