Tenant pays gas bill for stove ($30.00 or less generally minimum billing charge according to existing tenant 19.00 per month). Tenant pays monthly $160.00 landlord for electric heat, lights ,water/sewer, and garbage. Total :1490 rent + 30gas + 160 utilities = 1680. Add $70 for parking stall ( but not necessary). 700 FICO credit score or better required, or if tenant is a student proof of enrollment, proof of source of payment (i.e. stipend, scholarship, parental payment). limited to maximum two persons (second person $145.00). NO PARTY POLICY, no smoking, no dogs, no subleasing. Application required (no fee), deposit only. Garden apartment in triplex on tree lined street near university entrance.
