Lease terms

One year lease is required; Security Deposit due at signing along with first month's rent. No pets. Renters insurance required to cover personal belongings and $300,000 liability coverage and to be forwarded to Landlord within 30 days of move-in. Renter is responsible for setting up and paying for the electric, trash, water and sewage during the term of the lease period. Tenant is required to allow pool service and/or landscapers onto the property through the side locked gate on a regular basis. The lock has been provided by the Landlord and the Landlord will pay for these services. Tenant is responsible for adding water to the pool, if necessary, but a pool water leveler is attached to the pool/hose. No pets allowed at move-in or any time during the lease period, which includes "visiting" pets.
