Available July 1st 2026 Tenant is solely responsible for all utilities and services during tenancy, including: Electric Gas Water/sewer Trash Internet/cable Any utility or service associated with occupancy. Tenant agrees to keep the property, including interior and exterior, in clean and good condition. Tenant specifically agrees to: Replace HVAC/furnace filters regularly. Mow and trim the yard weekly during the growing season. Maintain landscaping and remove debris. Keep plumbing fixtures, appliances, and systems in clean working order. Promptly notify Landlord of maintenance concerns. Return property in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
