Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Victorian House a block from the trolley available 9 months starting September 1, 2024, though there is some flexibility… with the dates. Brand new central air system installed.
There is only one room left, the other two are rented. You are only renting a room, not the whole house.
There is a large front porch and garden. You walk through double doors to huge family room with a orange fireplace mantel, crown molding, and inlaid wood floors. Large ornate stair case brings you up to the second floor with the bedrooms. Then you enter the dining room on a bay through french doors. First floor has a large chef's kitchen with six burner stove, granite counter tops, large kitchen island, and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room and half bath too. The first floor has an open floor plan, retaining many of the historic characteristics with an updated modern kitchen. The best of both worlds.
The back yard has a huge roof deck and a tree lined side garden. The side of the house also has a large garden.
This house is perfect for grad students, professors, and professionals. We are really strict with who we rent to because it's our family house.
