I am looking for a respectable and clean roommate to fill the second bedroom with a… private bathroom of a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo located in Bay Ho off the Clairemont Dr exit on the 5. Rent $1700/month. Available now.
Room has: a closet and window, plenty of closet space, own personal full bathroom, across the hall. Dimensions from most of the room are 13' x 11'
Total condo layout 1,216 sqft (not including large LR deck) and has: a full kitchen, living room, shared in-unit laundry, wet bar, half bath downstairs, along with a large outdoor deck area. Can see Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the LR and deck area.
Other amenities: Personal parking space and some garage storage located inside gated community. Must be ok with pets
