Downstairs is the kitchen that presents a sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf range and hood, newer cabinets plus an island with matching granite counters, sink and storage. The family room, with its built in Media center, and the dining area are adjacent to the kitchen, giving you the "great room" atmosphere. Also, downstairs you will find an upgraded half bath, inside laundry room and an office space for work at home. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, adjacent full bathroom with double sinks, separate tub and shower. All bedrooms have mounted TVs and mirrored closet doors. Also, there is a second media room with TV, mini sub-zero refrigerator and wine cooler and a 3/4 bathroom. All bathrooms are upgraded with marble counters, tile floors, newer hardware and automatic Toto toilets. All the floors and stairs have laminate flooring, recessed lighting, ceiling fans and crown molding are throughout the home, custom shutters, central A/C and heat, and newer water heater.
