The primary suite includes a California King bed, private ensuite with walk-in shower, soaking tub, his-and-her sinks, and a new split A/C and heating unit. The three additional bedrooms a Queen, a Double, and a Twin Trundle (sleeps two) share two full bathrooms, each with dual sinks and thoughtfully separated toilet/shower areas for busy mornings. Maximum capacity is 6 guests.
Downstairs, the open-concept living area flows from a fully equipped kitchen into the dining room and a relaxed family/TV room with a large-screen Smart TV. The dining table seats 6 and can expand to 10 with leaves. A kitchen breakfast counter seats 4 more. Slide open the family room doors and you're in a private courtyard with a six-burner Weber gas grill (connected to the gas line no propane runs needed) and outdoor dining for 6. Out front, a loveseat and chairs make for a perfect morning coffee or sunset wind-down spot.
The home is set up for long-term living: upstairs washer/dryer, dedicated desk workspace with a second monitor and printer, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in the primary bedroom, family room, and kitchen, plus all the kitchen appliances you'd expect (gas range, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, 12-cup coffee maker, and a second fridge in the garage). After a beach day, rinse off at the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and boogie boards are all included.
The location is hard to beat. Sand Dune Park is two blocks away, Bruce's Beach is six blocks out, and downtown Manhattan Beach with its shops, restaurants, and the strand is a flat one-mile walk. Local cafes, markets, and dry cleaners are just blocks away. LAX is minutes by car, and SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, Kia Forum, and downtown LA are all easily accessible. Day trips to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and more are all within about an hour (traffic permitting). A 2-car garage is included.

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval for one small to medium-sized dog only; cats are not permitted, and an additional $375 pet fee applies. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or near doors and windows. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property unless otherwise approved in advance. For longer stays, additional deep cleaning or mid-stay cleanings may be required. Hosts may access the property with 12 hours' notice if maintenance or repairs are needed.
