Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electric, water/sewer, internet, cable, and any other services associated with the property. Utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to move-in. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Minimum 12-month lease. No smoking and no pets permitted. Applicants must pass credit, background, income, and rental history verification. No prior evictions will be considered. Renters insurance is required and must be maintained throughout the lease term. First month's rent, security deposit, signed lease agreement, proof of renters insurance, and utility transfer confirmation are required before move-in and key release. Rent is due on the first day of each month.
