Owner is looking for a six month rental of property. Preferably 1-2 week of June through November of 2026. No smoking in the house, No non running vehicles are to be parked here. Only people on rental agreement are allowed to live in the home. This is a great opportunity for someone that is moving to the area, looking for a place while they are searching for a home to buy. The shed will be used by the owner for storage during this period. House can be rented partially furnished, with living room, dinning room furniture. Owner will pay trash and sewer, which is for one can per week, any overages to be paid by tenant. Tenant is responsible for putting the Xcel account in their name. Owner will retain the water account in their name, and bill the tenant monthly for that. Water is on a tier system here, right now, this home uses the lowest tier available. A mower and weed wacker will be left to use on the yard. If tenant is unable to do that, owner will hire someone to do the yard work and will bill the tenant. The property needs cleaned upon move out. All trash and belongings removed at that time. A walk through checklist at the time of move in/out can be provided. Any damages or excess use will be billed from tenants deposit.
