Lease Information: - 12-month lease term - Available now; move-in by August 1, 2026 unless otherwise agreed - Utilities billed separately. - Electricity and natural gas are separately metered and billed based on usage. - Water, sewer, and garbage are shared between units and allocated based on occupancy. - Shared laundry room with washer and dryer sets (no additional laundry fees) - Street parking available, with optional off-street parking for $100 per month - No pets permitted - No smoking on the premises Application & Move-In Details: - Each applicant 18 years of age or older must submit a separate rental application - $50 application fee. If your application is approved and you move forward with lease signing, application fees will be credited toward the first month's rent - Credit, background, and income verification required - Gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the applicant's portion of the monthly rent (qualified guarantors may be considered) - Renter's insurance required prior to move-in - Security deposit (entire unit): $4,500 (may be paid in two installments: $2,250 due at move-in and $2,250 due with the second month's rent) - One-time $200 move-in credit toward the first month's rent when leases are signed by 8/1/2026 - First installment of security deposit and first month's rent due prior to move-in
