The air-conditioned garage has been transformed into a glow-in-the-dark kids' game room, complete with mini golf, Xbox, air hockey, and foosball. Enjoy the private heated pool with patio furniture for up to 10 people. Smart TVs are located in all rooms, including the garage. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, blender, dishware, and silverware.
Free parking is available for up to 5 cars. Optional add-ons include pet fees of $250 for the first pet and $50 for each additional pet, pack-n-play rental for $25, high chair rental for $25, stroller rental for $25, and private pool heating for $40 per day. Please note that extremely cold outside temperatures will affect the warmth of the heated pool, and no refunds will be issued. The spa feature only has a heat function and does not have hot tub jets; no refunds will be issued for this feature. Water park, gym, and clubhouse access is available 15 minutes away, with single-day passes costing $20 for kids and $10 for adults, and entire stay passes costing $25 for kids and $15 for adults.
Conveniently situated within a gated community, this home offers access to a soccer field and kids' play area. It's located just 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios; 25 minutes from SeaWorld and Discovery Cove; 27 minutes from Universal Epic; and 30 minutes from Universal Studios & Volcano Bay.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The maximum limit for cars at the property is 5. Any damage or missing games are the sole responsibility of the guests and may result in additional charges. To avoid extra charges, please leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted inside the property; a fine of up to $500.00 will be applied if the house smells like smoke. Trucks with trailers must be parked in the driveway, not on the street. No daily housekeeping service is included; mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional charge.
