Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A maximum of 5 cars are allowed at the property, and trucks with trailers must be parked in the driveway. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and a fine of up to $500.00 will be applied if smoke odor is detected. Any damage or missing games are the sole responsibility of the guests and may result in additional charges. The heated pool's warmth may be affected by extremely cold outside temperatures, and no refunds will be issued. The spa model only has a heat feature and does not have hot tub jets; no refunds will be issued for this feature. Events are not allowed. This home is suitable for children and infants.
