The entertainment continues with a glow-in-the-dark kids' game room, mini golf, Xbox, air hockey, and foosball. Enjoy meals in the dining area and relax on the pool patio furniture. Smart TVs are available in all rooms, including the garage. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and blender, along with dishware and silverware.
Enjoy free parking for up to 5 cars. Additional reservation add-ons include a pet fee of $250 for the first pet and $50 for each additional pet, a pack-n-play rental for $25, a high chair rental for $25, a stroller rental for $25, and private pool heating for $40 per day. Please note that extremely cold outside temperatures will affect the warmth of the heated pool, and no refunds will be issued. The spa feature only has a heat function and does not have hot tub jets; no refunds will be issued for this feature. Access to a water park, gym, and clubhouse is available 15 minutes away, with single-day passes costing $20 for kids and $10 for adults, and entire stay passes costing $25 for kids and $15 for adults.
Conveniently located in a safe and quaint neighborhood, this home offers easy access to Kissimmee/Orlando's attractions. It's close enough to the action for entertainment but far enough away to ensure a peaceful retreat. Restaurants, bars, and activities are just minutes away, and travel to attractions like Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Universal Epic, Universal Studios & Volcano Bay, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove ranges from 20 to 30 minutes by car. Uber/Lyft are also readily available.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The maximum limit for cars at the property is 5. Any damage or missing games are the sole responsibility of guests and may result in additional charges. To avoid extra charges, please leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted inside the property; a fine of up to $500.00 will be applied if the house smells like smoke. Trucks with trailers must be parked in the driveway. No daily housekeeping service is included; mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional charge.
