A $50/month pet rent is added to the base rate to account for extra cleaning (carpets, etc.) in order to make the space friendly for those with alergies after your fur baby departs. Notice & Flexibility: We understand that plans change especially for those in transition. End dates and extensions are discussed on a case-by-case basis, so open communication is always appreciated.
