No shoes in the house. Please remove your shoes when you enter the house. There is a shoe stand close to the door. You may also carry your shoes to your room, a stand/mat is provided in your closet. No eating in the bedrooms. You may take drinks to your bedrooms but absolutely no food items. Please eat in the dining room. In addition to creating a hardship for cleaners, food in bedrooms attracts pests. Clean up after yourself. Respect other guest by cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and bathrooms. Used dishes and utensils must be rinsed and loaded into the dishwasher. Please do not leave items in the sink or counters. Please do not clutter the bathroom counter with personal items. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please respect other guests by minimizing noise during these hours. Keep the volume on your TV under level 10. The living room and entertainment center are available for guest use, as is the kitchen and dining room. TVs have also been provided in all bedrooms for your entertainment. No smoking. Smoking of any kind (including vapes) is prohibited on the premises including the front porch and back patio. Illegal activity, including drug use, is prohibited. No pets. No exceptions. Parking is not provided. You may park on the street but you are responsible for following the city's regulations. Please pay attention to the street sign for dates and hours when parking is allowed. Use your own groceries. Please do not use the host's or other guests' groceries.
