* No illegal activities on the property * No going in other member's room - This is avoid possible conflicts later * Overnight guests are only allowed up to 5 nights a month * NO disruptive or unsafe behaviors * When sharing a common bathroom please take all your personal belongings with you when you leave and clean behind yourself for the next person * Respects others' privacy and belongings * If the trash is full empty it, you spill something mop it up * no smoking * Keep you personal kitchen items in to your designated cabinet area. Nothing is be placed on top of the refrigerators or microwaves, etc. * Clean the kitchen after you use it to include the counter's, sink, stove, and floors if needed. * All members are expected to do assigned choirs to help keep the house sanitized and clean * Late payment fees are $25 * Lock out fee charged is $35 per let in * Payment grace period is 3 days after 5 days of no payment you be asked to vacate the premises by day 7 as your deposit then will be used up
