Appliances Included: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Washer, Dryer The resident is responsible for the following utilities: Electric: SRP, Water: City of Phoenix Pets: We are very pet friendly! Only dogs and cats are considered pets for this purpose. If you have a pet, there is a one-time pet fee of $200 that is refundable upon move out. Parking: The unit comes with two assigned parking spots. Additional vehicles need to be parked in the common area parking and are on a first come first serve basis. Income Requirement: Must make at least $3500 or greater per month (before taxes). This can be met by the combined income of all residents. This can be waived to an extent with payment of increased security deposit. Credit requirement: Must have a 600 credit score or better. This only needs to be met by one resident.
