Pet Policy Pet Deposit $1,050 refundable pet deposit. Monthly Pet Fee $150 per month. Pet Approval All pets must be approved by the owner prior to move in. Smoking Policy No Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Violation Fine $500 smoking fine applies.
