Lease terms

2 to 5 year lease available. Non smoking inside the home but outside is permitted. Tenant Responsibilities: During the term of this lease, the Tenant agrees to maintain the premises in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. The Tenant's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Financial Obligations: Paying rent in full and on time by the (tenant selected date) of each month, and maintaining active accounts for all required utilities (e.g., water, electricity, gas, trash) for the duration of the lease. Routine Maintenance: Changing HVAC filters, replacing smoke detector batteries, and replacing burnt-out lightbulbs. Property Upkeep: Keeping the interior and exterior areas free of debris, maintaining standard cleanliness to prevent pest infestations, and adequately maintaining the lawn and landscaping (unless otherwise provided by the Landlord). Damage & Reporting: Promptly reporting any plumbing leaks, electrical issues, or structural damage to the Landlord to prevent further deterioration. The Tenant is financially responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or guests.
