The kitchen opens into the dining and living spaces. On site is a laundry and dryer unit. There is plenty of street parking. The Room: The bedroom has has been newly remodeled, large closet, two large windows, and comes unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with one person. The Location: The location is close to major shopping, retail, and public transportation, and within a mile walk to the Greenbelt Metro Station/MARC (Green/Yellow Line) and next to all the restaurants and retail along Route 1 and Rhode Island Avenue. MOM's Organic, University of Maryland Shuttle Stop, IKEA, and US Department of Agriculture are all within half a mile from the house. The room is for one occupant only. No smoking, no weed, no cats/dogs, and no overnight guests.
