We are looking for a respectful, responsible, and reliable long term tenant who will take pride in keeping the home clean and well maintained. This is a private bedroom in a shared single family home and is intended for one occupant only. It is ideal for a working professional or student. The tenant will enjoy a private entrance, private living area, and private bathroom. This area is reserved exclusively for the tenant, and no one else in the home will have access to it, providing an added level of privacy while remaining part of a single family residence. A flat utility fee of $100 per month covers water, electricity, gas, trash, and high speed internet. The utility fee is based on normal residential use. Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive utility usage. Only light meal preparation is permitted. Cooking with an open flame is not allowed. This is a non smoking property. The room is for the sole use of the individual named on the lease. Additional occupants are not permitted. Guests may be permitted on a limited basis with prior approval and in accordance with the lease terms. A furnished option is available for an additional $100 per month.
