This wonderful and spacious 2 bedroom in the Virginia Heights neighborhood of Lakewood has new carpet, paint and stainless appliances! A washer and dryer comes with this as well. There is a large fenced yard for your furry loved one and a detached 1 car garage with more parking right in front of your home!
When you walk into the house, you will notice the floor to ceiling stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling and great open floor plan with new paint and carpet. There is a good sized dining area, a great kitchen with new appliances and a sliding glass door to your private fenced yard. Did I mention the BIG skylight? This has so many windows that let the natural light flow in and the sky light is a bonus.
The bedrooms are super large, both with walk in closets!! The primary bedroom is in the back and has a nice sized attached bathroom. The hallway bathroom is awesome with black and white tile surrounding the bathtub. Central air and heat will keep you cool in the summertime and cozy in the winter time.
The back yard is an L shape so you can have fun games around the corner while having a quiet convo on the cozy deck off the living room, it's nicely shaded and perfect for a table and chairs.
This certainly won't last long at this price and location.

Consideration of rental applications - limitations - portable tenant screening report - (1.5) (a) Except as provided in subsection (1.5)(f) of this section, a landlord shall accept a portable tenant screening report from a prospective tenant. The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes, and 2. If the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee, or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
