This building is a San Jose City Landmark in one of the best neighborhoods and locations downtown. The apartment is a corner apartment on the first floor with all picture windows. The entire apartment has been custom painted; the entryway and main rooms are hardwood floors, there are Tiffany glass light fixtures in the kitchen and hallway. The front rooms have ceiling fans and walk-in closets with dressers and mirrors built in and are separated by French doors. There are window shutters and blinds. The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, Kitchen Aide stove/convection oven and portable dishwasher and gooseneck sink faucet, drop down ironing board and drop down table. There is a 5-stage water filter connected to the water dispenser and icemaker on the reefer door. The bathroom has a period light fixture, towel rack, pedestal sink and large built-in storage area with shelves and large drawers. The apartment is air conditioned and also has an alarm with motion detectors. It is just off the front porch of the building, which is a common area. There is a laundry room in the building and a parking spot is also included. The building also has a water softener system, secured bicycle storage room and barbecue area. This is a friendly building, clean and quiet with long term tenants . The owner lives in the building and takes care of all maintenance issues.
