This building is a San Jose City Landmark in one of the best neighborhoods and locations downtown.
The apartment is a corner apartment on the first floor with all picture windows. The entire apartment has been custom painted; the entryway and main rooms are hardwood floors, there are Tiffany glass light fixtures in the kitchen and hallway.
The front rooms have ceiling fans and walk-in closets with dressers and mirrors built in and are separated by French doors. There are window shutters and blinds.
The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, Kitchen Aide stove/convection oven and portable dishwasher and gooseneck sink faucet, drop down ironing board and drop down table. There is a 5-stage water filter connected to the water dispenser and icemaker on the reefer door.
