Lease terms
This is a one month minimum rental. Being that Naples is very "seasonal", the rental price changes based on the month/season. Rental prices are as follows: June, July, August: $8,000/month September, October, November: $10,000/month December: $12,000/month January: $15,000/month February, March: $20,000/month April, May: $15,000/month Owners and renters will sign a rental agreement. This will state the duration of the lease, payment terms, security deposit, cancellation policy, etc. Respectfully, we would prefer no small children in the home. Our rental home is designer for people who are going to be exceptionally neat and tidy, and respectful of the home. We do not allow pets of any kind. Smoking is now allowed in the house.
