No Smoking. No Eviction. Rental insurance will be required. $350 for Pet deposit. Maximum 2 pets. Pet Rent will be $20 per pet each month. Please let me know the breed of your pet because some breeds are not allowed. Rental Application is $35 per application. Anybody over the age of 18 will need an application. Application can be requested through email if you are interested. Application fee is non- refundable but is good for a year.
