Rental Terms & Important Information Thank you for your interest in renting our property. We want to make sure that all guests are aware of the following rental terms and house guidelines before confirming their stay. Minimum Stay. 28 days per law The property is available for MONTH TO MONTH ONLY Bedrooms & Maximum Occupancy Info, sevensixzero , sixfive 1, nine0 four4 This is a three-bedroom home; however, only two bedrooms are available to guests. The third bedroom is reserved for the owners' personal belongings and will remain locked and unavailable to guests during the rental period. This allows us to maintain the home as our private, permanent residence while still providing guests with a comfortable and fully equipped home. The property may accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, including children. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy without prior written approval from the owner. Strict No-Smoking & No-Pets Policy For the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the property, the following rules are strictly enforced: No smoking anywhere on the property No vaping anywhere on the property No pets or animals of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property These policies apply to the house, garage, pool area, spa/jacuzzi, yard, and all outdoor areas. Responsible Use of Utilities & Amenities We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of their use of electricity, gas, water, and other utilities. Utility costs in the desert can be particularly high, especially during periods of extreme heat or when heating the pool or spa. We want you to fully enjoy all of the amenities our home has to offer, but we ask that they be used responsibly and thoughtfully. For example: Please turn off lights when leaving a room or the house. Please do not leave the air conditioning running unnecessarily when the property is unoccupied. Please turn off televisions and other electronic equipment when they are not being used. When using the pool or spa, please avoid leaving the heating systems running when they are not needed. Please turn off the spa/jacuzzi and other amenities after use. Please use the pool, spa, outdoor lighting, and other amenities thoughtfully rather than leaving them operating continuously when they are not being enjoyed. Our goal is not to limit your enjoyment of the property. We simply ask that guests be conscious of energy consumption and use the amenities responsibly, just as they would in their own home. Care of the Property Because this is our private, permanent residence, we ask that all guests treat the home and its contents with care and respect. Please report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue to the owner as soon as possible so that we can address it promptly. Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and reasonable condition at the end of their stay. Owner's Personal Property As this is our personal residence, some areas of the home are reserved for the owners' personal belongings. The third bedroom will remain locked and is not part of the rental. Guests should not attempt to access this room or move, open, or use any items belonging to the owners. Guest Responsibility By renting the property, guests agree to follow these rental terms and house guidelines throughout their stay. We want everyone to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience, and these guidelines help us protect the property while allowing future guests to enjoy it as well.
