The living area is filled with a plush chaise lounge and a large wall-mounted Smart TV with access to Netflix. Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the bright, open kitchen that comes fully equipped with a full-size fridge, an oven and stovetop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Eat together at the dinette for two, or explore the cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. The calming bedroom offers a luxuriously large king memory foam bed topped with soft, quality linen and bedding. Off the bedroom is the sparkling bathroom with a relaxing bath and a vanity stocked with essentials and soft fluffy towels. Slide open the glass doors and step out onto the shady wrap-around balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the comfy patio chairs while watching the sunset each night.

From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone, all just a few minutes' walk from the cottage. Enjoy walking around the beautiful historic area of the city with local cafes and restaurants in every direction. The house is just 3 blocks from Castillo de San Marcos, 3 blocks from St. George Street, a 5-minute walk to the bayfront, and plenty of activities and attractions. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with a free parking space for one car included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a hop-on, hop-off trolley service with 23 stops at popular destinations, departing every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No illegal drugs, including marijuana, are allowed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as it is not child-proofed. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
