The whole block sits beside a beautiful park. Bidwell Parkway was designed by Fredrick Law Olmstead (who also did NYC's Central Park). Converted into apartments in the 1920s, this first floor back unit has a great built in bookcase and has a real cozy feel. You couldn't find a more perfect, quiet location in Buffalo. With all of the beautiful greenery and restaurants, stores, and coffee shops, one of the most desirable and historic neighborhoods in America. This quiet block is just steps away from the Bidwell Farmer's Market and summer music concerts. One block from Elmwood Avenue and Starbucks, Cafe Aroma, Talking Leaves Bookstore, Delaware Park, and Buffalo State College. Back side door is shared with two others tenant.
