Fish abound, as you can see by looking through the transparent floor lucite plexiglas beneath your feet, or out into the rising and falling tides. Our sea walls are famous fishing spots. The fact that one or two endangered sea turtles choose our sandy beach for their safest place to sleep at night is proof of the peace and quiet we all enjoy. But enough words. You can see our photos and I will forward a video tour on your request. There is no other property like this in Honolulu or Hawaii when it comes to beauty and peaceful isolation. Your new residence--for at least a month but as long as you like--sits above the water like a Tahiti bungalow over a deep harbor. You live at the end of a peninsula surrounded by 660 feet of ocean shoreline and another 300 feet of tall masonry wall with a locked password controlled automatic gate. No one enters the property without permission. I'm a retired newspaper reporter, my wife sells real estate, and your other neighbors in their separate houses or cabins include a school teacher, an architect, and a retired grandmother from Vietnam. We are total of four quiet and private individuals who value their security and health as much as you do. Most of us are over Social Security age of 63, but all of us are vital, active people who love the water, fishing, boating, and relaxing. To this little place of refuge we will welcome you alone, or with a partner, in the boathouse cottage. Groceries, supplies, medicines and take-out meals can be delivered to your door if you'd rather not shop in person at the nearby markets and malls and restaurants. The entire acre of land is maintained by a gardening crew, but you are welcome to cultivate some favorite plants if you like. Maid and cleaning service is available, as is a laundry for your own use.
