Renter is responsible for paying utilities and HOA fee. No smoking allowed on premises. No pets allowed without written consent. SUBLEASING/OCCUPANCY: Tenant may not have overnight guests longer than 5 days without Landlord written consent. No subleasing is allowed. Only approved occupants may live at the property. Property may not be used for a home business or commercial activities. Yearly lease agreement but can be extended after 1 year.
