Lease terms

Lease Term: Twelve (12) months Monthly Rent: $1,819.00 Security Deposit: $1,819.00 due with approved application. Utilities: Utility responsibilities will be determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the lease agreement. Renter's Insurance: Tenant shall maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage upon request. Pet Policy: Negotiable with Owner approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and monthly pet rent of $35 per pet shall apply. Service animals and approved assistance animals are exempt as required by law. Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, basement, attic, and any enclosed areas of the property. Owner: Will be responsible for mowing, trimming, weed control, leaf removal, and general lawn maintenance once a month. Tenant in between if needed. Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal from sidewalks, walkways, driveways, steps, and entrances in accordance with local ordinances. Property Maintenance: Tenant shall keep the property clean, sanitary, and in good condition and promptly report maintenance issues to Owner.
