Does not include laundry access, but residence is centrally located in Woodland Park, three blocks from laundromat, Memorial Park, and main street (Hwy 24). Uncovered parking available. Seven minutes from Charis campus by car. Merit Academy, middle, and high school within walking distance. Memorial Park, library, coffee shops also in walking distance. Disclaimer: Family of four with piano live above so expect family noise. But we've insulated between floors.
